Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Accept that digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Digital Product Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access to the assessment or digital materials has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to:

  • The Mosaic framework

  • Travel Rhythm classifications

  • Written essays and blog content

  • Visual design elements

  • Branding and logos

is the intellectual property of The Untethered Traveler and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any digital assessment results or materials.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Reverse engineer or replicate the assessment framework

  • Share purchased digital content publicly or commercially

We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.

7. No Guarantees

The Mosaic and related assessments are reflective tools. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific outcomes

  • Personal transformation

  • Business or travel success

  • Emotional or psychological results

Use of the Services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Untethered Traveler shall not be liable for:
